Safety issues, emergencies and landlord repairs including ceiling lights, temperature complaints, damage to walls and doors, electrical outages, brown water, continuously flushing toilets, etc should be reported via a phone call to x5-8300 or x5-3323. Elective work such as installation of shelves and bulletin boards, new receptacles, moving a thermostat and all key and lock requests should be requested via online service request at https://facilities.jhmi.edu

Facilities Management provides service 24x7 and can be reached via 410-955-8300 (5-8300) or 410-955-3323 (5-3323).

The location (building, floor, room #) and urgency of the issue, your name, department, telephone number, appropriate cost center and/or charge number.

JHM Facilities Management Service Center supports the Johns Hopkins Hospital and the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine facilities on the East Baltimore Campus.
